FIELD SCHOOL PRICE LIST
Participation fee covers: |
Accommodation: all accommodation is in 3-star hotels, all amenities, single and double rooms, quiet, private facilities.
All meals.
Travel to and from airports, headquarter cities, excavation sites, and day trips for the entire duration of the program.
Fees for participating in the excavations.
Honorariums for the day lectures and site talks when done by outside experts.
Entry fees for museums and open-air sites.
A Reader with materials in English for the excavation sites.
Tools and equipment for specialized artifact processing.
Costs are based on fifteen participants in September 2007

Now you can choose your favourite trip in Bulgaria. If you are applying for Modules 2, 3 or 5 you can use the Bulgarian Archaeological Association's Tours services. Just go to our new web page www.baa-tours.archbg.net and visit our Topics section. For all of these tours we have a relevant programs adapted for our field school participants. Send us a short message and we will include the tour chosen by you in your field school individual progame.

Your international transportation expenses to and from the rendezvous point (Sofia airport, bus station or train station)

Airfare is also not included.
In case you need visa for Bulgaria, you have to cover this cost also by yourself.

Payment procedure |

The ROMAN PROJECT Archaeological Field School evaluates your application immediately after receiving it.
If you are selected for participant we send you our "CONDITIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES" document via e-mail.
You are expected to confirm your registration by sending us confirmation via e-mail and a signed copy of our "CONDITIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES" document by post as a registered letter.
After receiving your confirmation, we will send you invoice.
Notice! Now we required as a deposit only 30% of the total amount of our Standard Module (Module 1) or 374,4 EUR (approximate 589.84 USD) no matter what Module you have chosen or what discount is available for your application at the moment.
Your placement is reserved after receiving of your advance payment.
This amount is refundable by certain conditions specified in the "CONDITIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES" document!
